The Surratt refillable eyebrow pencil defines and refines arches with hair-by-hair precision application. Uncap the opposite end to use the attached spoolie brush to further shape and soften the makeup into brows. 3 adaptable shades:

Blond: Good for light ash blond, golden blond, light strawberry blond and those who just like a wash of light color in their brows.

Brunette: A true mid brown shade with just a smidge of warmth, not red or brassy.  Good for most brunette shades on the light brown, warm brown, chestnut, medium brown spectrum. Also lovely on auburn and redheads.  Choose brunette over raven for those with very dark brown hair and warmer skin tones.

Raven: 

A true cool black/ brown. Great for dark hair with cool complexions.

To fill or refill the pencil:

Insert the pencil cartridge into the holder, and twist up to extend the pencil slightly—just past the tip of the cartridge. To prevent breakage, do not overextend.
