Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully, your booked and confirmed appointment is proof you understand the following:

• All clients must provide a credit card in order to book an appointment.
• Brow and hair appointments have a strict 24 HOUR cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged the FULL amount of your appointment.
• Lash lift appointments require a 48 HOUR cancellation notice, not exceptions. You will be charge the FULL amount of this service if you late cancel.
• LATE ARRIVALS: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide you with your full scheduled service and a full service fee will be charged. You may have to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late. Some services are only 20-30 minutes long, so if you are 10 minutes late, we can NOT provide the service booked and you will be charged the full amount for a missed appointment.
• Please do NOT send someone in your absence if you can’t make your appointment. New clients require more time and need to be booked accordingly.
